Welcome
to Sankow's Beaver Brook Farm, a 175 acre sheep and cow farm located in the
Pleasant Valley section of Lyme, CT. The Sankows began working
Beaver Brook Farm as a dairy farm in 1917 and in 1984, Stan and Suzanne
Sankow introduced their first sheep, Sherry and Ding, to the farm.
Now, Beaver Brook Farm is home to more than 600 sheep, some cows, a Wool Shop and a
Farm Market.
At Beaver Brook Farm, we are committed to preserving the environment and producing goods of the highest quality.
